Psycho-Physical Balance Therapy™ is a T'ai Chi-based approach to improving physical and emotional balance. Offered internationally for the health professional by The Balance Institute™, Psycho-Physical Balance Therapy offers specific ways to treat balance, gait and range of motion problems. The course includes specific protocols for attaining stability, a method of diagnosis and unique techniques of physical adjustments and molding.

As an insight based workshop for the general public, Psycho-Physical Balance Training provides a simple routine that utilizes the principles of T'ai Chi Chuan to increase one's ability to achieve balance physically and emotionally.
